Job Description

Our Client
Our client in the aviation sector seeks to employ a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer Boeing 787 (RR Trent & GEnx).

Key Responsibilities :
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on B787 aircraft (RR Trent & GEnx engines).
  • Troubleshoot inspect and rectify mechanical and avionics issues under B1 authorization.
  • Sign off maintenance tasks in accordance with regulatory and company procedures.
  • Ensure airworthiness standards are maintained at all times.
  • Liaise with Maintenance Control Engineering and Quality teams on technical issues.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in accordance with regulations.
  • Adhere to safety quality and environmental standards within the hangar and ramp areas.


Requirements

  • Valid B1 Aircraft Maintenance License (NCAA or UK CAA/EASA Part-66).
  • Type-rated and current on Boeing 787 with both RR Trent 1000 and GE GEnx engines.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial aircraft maintenance with at least 2 years on B787.
  • Familiar with regulatory frameworks (NCAA EASA CAA UK).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts weekends and possibly travel/relocate.
