Conduct coaching sessions regular appraisals and performance reviews.
Streamline sales workflows for improved efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to align goals.
Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines and reporting.

Master s degree is an added advantage.
7 10 years of real estate sales experience.
Minimum of 3 5 years in a senior sales leadership position.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
In-depth understanding of Nigeria s real estate sector.
