Job Description
1. Project Delivery Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to completion. This includes coordinating design submitting authority requests executing site work and collaborating with the senior management. You will establish timelines identify and resolve issues promptly and ensure that projects are delivered with discipline and adherence to standards.
2. Cost and Cashflow Management: Own project budgets monitor claims and work closely with Quality Assurance (QS) and Finance to optimize profitability and safeguard cash flow. You will implement value engineering and maintain commercial clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Land Deal Acquisition and Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the organization s growth objectives. From identifying potential land to evaluating feasibility and negotiating joint ventures (JVs) you will contribute to securing and shaping the next phase of our pipeline.
4. Cross-Functional Team Coordination: Establish organizational structure facilitate meaningful meetings and ensure consistent execution across teams. You will provide clarity accountability and consistency in project management Quality Assurance sales and finance.
5. Product and Strategy Development: In addition to marketing responsibilities you will work closely with the senior management to align product pricing and packaging strategies with market needs and the organization s sustainable capabilities.
Requirements
- To be eligible for the position the candidate must hold a Bachelor s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or a degree equivalent in a related field.
- Additionally a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management of property development is required.
- Preferred candidates should have experience in high-rise and mixed-use development projects.
- Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings project management building regulations project implementation and tender processes is essential.
- Extensive experience in project planning scheduling and control is also highly valued.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and a proven track record of completing projects within budget time and quality are essential. A high degree of maturity coupled with good interpersonal and communication skills is required.
