Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Agent to join our dynamic team in Raleigh NC. This role plays a key part in developing and executing advertising strategies that support our clients hiring and branding objectives. The ideal candidate will bring creativity analytical skills and a solid understanding of advertising principles to enhance campaign performance and maximize visibility.
Responsibilities
Develop plan and execute advertising campaigns for various client industries
Collaborate with internal teams to understand client objectives and target audiences
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
Coordinate with media outlets vendors and designers to produce compelling materials
Research market trends and competitor activities to optimize advertising efforts
Prepare campaign reports and present findings to stakeholders
Ensure all advertisements comply with legal standards and company policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in advertising or a related marketing role
Strong communication project management and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in campaign analytics and reporting
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Familiarity with advertising tools and platforms is a plus
