Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Agent to serve as a key liaison between clients tenants and internal departments. The successful candidate will ensure consistent clear and professional communication across all platforms and support daily operations by streamlining information flow.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound and outbound communication
Respond to tenant and client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Draft and manage internal and external correspondence
Maintain accurate communication logs and support documentation
Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters notices and reports
Coordinate with various departments to relay key information efficiently
Support crisis communication efforts and urgent response protocols when necessary
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Business Administration or related field
13 years of experience in customer relations office administration or communications preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
