Messa Sync is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to support our warehouse operations in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments organizing inventory and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role is essential in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our clients.
Responsibilities
Receive inspect and store incoming shipments accurately
Pick pack and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards
Maintain organized storage and inventory systems
Operate forklifts pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (if certified)
Ensure cleanliness and safety within the warehouse at all times
Assist with regular inventory counts and audits
Report any damages or discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable punctual and a team player
Basic math and reading skills
Forklift certification is a plus
