We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team in Saint Louis MO. This role is key to supporting and executing communication strategies ensuring consistent messaging and enhancing our brands voice across all internal and client-facing channels.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and distribution of clear engaging written and verbal communications.
Coordinate and support internal communications initiatives and campaigns.
Draft reports briefs press releases and official statements.
Collaborate with various departments to maintain alignment of messaging.
Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Maintain and organize internal databases and communication tools.
Support crisis communication efforts when needed.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
1-2 years of professional experience in a communications or similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
