Job Description
About the Role
As a Lead Full Stack Engineer at Bilue youll play a key role in leading the delivery of high-quality scalable digital products for our clients. This is an ideal opportunity for a senior engineer who thrives in high-performing teams is passionate about quality code and brings strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Youll work primarily with React on the front end and AWS-based services on the back end.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep experience building TypeScript applications using frameworks such as React and
- Experience building and managing cloud-native applications in AWS (e.g. Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB S3)
- Lead technical design implementation and delivery of full-stack features and improvements
- Build responsive component-based UIs with React (Hooks Context API etc.)
- Collaborate with product managers designers and engineers to translate business requirements into working software
- Perform code reviews mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making
- Drive best practices for CI/CD testing code quality and performance optimisation
- Experience with headless CMS such as Storyblok Contentful etc. highly desirable

Youre passionate about writing clean code mentoring others and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build digital products that make a real impact. You bring deep experience building TypeScript applications using frameworks such as React and and thrive in environments where modern frontend tech meets cloud-native architecture.
Required Experience
- 7 years of experience in full-stack development
- Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6)
- Deep experience building TypeScript applications using frameworks such as React and
- Solid experience designing and deploying services on AWS
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
- Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architectures
- Comfortable balancing technical leadership with hands-on coding
