The Operations Support Administrator plays a key role in enabling smooth day-to-day operations across Intricates operations teams. This full-time Sherwood Park-based position centralizes scheduling procurement fleet and administrative tasks to support operational consistency and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the master schedule for field operations and coordinate resource availability
- Communicate scheduling updates to staff and leadership to ensure clarity and reduce ad-hoc coordination
- Manage procurement requests update preferred vendor lists and coordinate shipments or pickups as needed
- Support inventory management and procurement tasks for field and shop operations
- Assist with fleet administration including tracking reporting scheduling maintenance and vehicle assignments
- Support with the maintenance of accurate vehicle documentation (e.g. insurance registration usage logs) and support Geotab administration
- Provide administrative support to business unit leaders including report preparation data entry and project tracking
- Contribute to internal process improvements and support operational documentation updates
- Assist with billable work under the direction of the Operations team ensuring accuracy and timely submission of deliverables

Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Drive) and Microsoft Office with the ability to streamline processes manage data and support cross-functional reporting needs
- Experience with scheduling procurement and fleet coordination is strongly preferred
- Valid drivers license and ability to drive a 1-ton truck
- Familiarity with EPAP or emissions-related documentation is considered an asset
