Senior HR Administrator at Jack Links EMEA in Amsterdam

Are you a meticulous and proactive HR professional with a passion for ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations Do you thrive in a dynamic international environment and possess a keen eye for detail If so Jack Links EMEA in vibrant Amsterdam is looking for a talented Senior HR Administrator to join our dedicated HR team!

As our Senior HR Administrator you will be the backbone of our HR data management and processes playing a vital role in maintaining accuracy ensuring compliance and driving operational efficiencies within Jack Links EMEA.

Reporting directly to the Compensation & Benefits Manager EMEA this is your opportunity to make a significant impact on our daily HR operations.

In this role youll:

  • Expertly manage and maintain the integrity of all employee records from personal data and contracts to performance reviews and training logs.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for our employees meticulously handling all necessary documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with payroll processing guaranteeing all employee details are accurately recorded for timely and correct payments.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies benefits and procedures fostering a supportive environment.
  • Assist in the preparation of essential HR reports and ensure our practices align with local labour laws and internal policies.
  • Provide valuable support to various HR projects including employee engagement initiatives diversity programs and wellness activities.

Youll bring:

  • A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven administrative experience within an HR department ideally within the fast-paced FMCG industry.
  • Hands-on experience with HR and payroll systems (experience with SAP or NMBRS is a significant plus).
  • A strong understanding of Dutch labour laws and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying issues and recommending effective solutions.  
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in our dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
