You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan implement and optimize digital marketing strategies across all major online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand visibility user engagement lead generation and online sales through targeted campaigns across social media search engines email and websites. This is a dynamic role that blends creativity with analytical thinking and involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to execute data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaign Execution: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies and campaigns to boost brand awareness customer engagement and conversions across channels such as social media search engines email and websites.
Market & Audience Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand audience behavior market trends and emerging digital opportunities that inform campaign direction and messaging.
Paid Media & Ad Management: Manage PPC display retargeting and programmatic ad campaigns optimizing performance through targeting strategies ad copy budget allocation and creative assets.
Content Creation & Management: Create and curate engaging SEO-friendly content including social media posts blogs videos infographics and email newsletters aligned with the brand voice and audience preferences.
Website & SEO Optimization: Perform website audits implement SEO best practices UX improvements and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to improve site performance and increase online orders.
Social Media Management: Oversee daily management of social media platforms (Facebook Instagram LinkedIn etc.) including content scheduling community engagement and campaign analysis.
Email & SMS Marketing: Build and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns using segmentation and automation to drive lead nurturing customer retention and sales conversions.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams (creative product sales) and external partners (agencies influencers vendors) to align on campaign execution and brand consistency.
Reporting: Prepare performance reports dashboards and presentations for stakeholders highlighting key insights ROI and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Trend Tracking & Innovation: Stay updated on digital trends emerging platforms and technological advancements. Recommend and test innovative tactics and tools to enhance digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications :
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in marketing Digital Marketing Communications or related field.
35 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising roles.
Certifications in Google Ads Meta Blueprint HubSpot etc. are a plus.
Proficient in tools like Google Ads Google Analytics Tag Manager Meta Business Suite SEMrush/Moz Mailchimp/HubSpot and WordPress.
Expertise in social media management SEO/SEM paid advertising attribution modelling and performance analytics.
Strong analytical content creation and communication skills.
Organized adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
