Qualifications :
3 years experience in IT support troubleshooting and user account management. Bachelors degree in a related field desired. Must be Security certified (or hold an equivalent certification in compliance with IAT Level II). Must be MCSA certified or able to obtain the certification within six months of start date. ITIL Foundations certification desired. Proficient in domain configurations user account management and troubleshooting of enterprise IT systems. Strong understanding of network connectivity wireless access troubleshooting and IT security best practices. Experience in configuring installing and maintaining desktops laptops and associated peripherals. Able to coordinate with vendors and escalate hardware/software issues as needed. Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Remedy or Army-specific ticketing systems. Familiar with Army IT security policies Active Directory and network troubleshooting techniques. Able to interact professionally with all levels of an organization. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.
