Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant/Associate Manager to join our Digital & Tech Transformation team with a focus on CFO services. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in finance transformation digital strategy and technology implementation. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of leading complex projects and fostering change within organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Consulting Skills:
- Deliver client projects as part of an on-site or remote team defining the framework and structure of deliverables and producing complex outputs.
- Manage work activities and timelines for both personal and team tasks identifying priorities and workflows for stakeholders.
- Present complex ideas and critical points to team members and client contacts including middle and top management.
- Conduct research and business analysis to solve customer challenges presenting tailored solutions using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Promote teamwork and motivate consultants to improve managing internal teams effectively.
- Demonstrate credibility with clients challenging approaches and providing new directions to deepen relationships.
- Define project frameworks and manage multiple projects ensuring follow-up and successful completion.
- Provide status reporting on progress dependencies issues risks and overall program health.
- Lead work streams of complex projects and take charge of simpler projects.
- Maintain program sites as repositories for all project information.
Business Expertise Skills:
- Support practice thought leadership and people development activities across the firm.
- Maintain a deep understanding of business concepts issues and challenges mastering business expertise.
- Cultivate knowledge related to specific business challenges or deepen understanding within a sector and function domain.

- Design and implement business changes that drive transformation functionality and performance.
- Partner with clients to develop high-performance solutions that advance operational performance and industry standing.

- Write business proposals and presentations autonomously.
- Detect trace and qualify business opportunities.
- Relay information relevant to new business activities and prospects to managers teams and business unit leaders.
People Management Skills:
- Supervise project teams internally and on client assignments.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree required in Accounting Finance Business Management or a related field from an accredited college/university is required
- 4 years of client facing management consulting experience managing or creating project deliverables and managing a delivery team
- Experience managing or creating project deliverables in a consulting environment with broad experience in any of the following:
- Financial Risk Management
- Financial Planning & Analysis Budgeting & Forecasting (experience in driver-based planning zero-based budgeting etc.)
- Financial & Regulatory Reporting
- Procurements (Procure-to-Pay Order-to-Cash etc.)
- Model Risk
- ERP / EPM Implementation
- Regulatory Compliance (CCAR BASEL FRTB etc.)
- Treasury & Capital Management
- Legal Entity Management
- Expense & Profitability Management
- Financial Controls Processes and Procedures
- Experienced in delivery of a wide range of Financial Services solutions maintains deep understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- You possess strong client relationship development and client management skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) accompanied by strong interpersonal skills
- Solid organizational multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to know when to escalate and when not to.
- Eagerness to be involved with internal initiatives and interest in guiding and leading.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
- Flexibility in approach and a willingness to adapt quickly and take initiative when working in unstructured environments with limited supervision
Bonus points if you possess any of the following:
- Masters level degree from an accredited college/university or other additional certifications warmly welcomed
- Experience with ERP and EPM tools (NetSuite Anaplan Kyriba SAP S/4HANA Oracle ERP etc.) will be advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools (Automation Anywhere Pegasystems RedHat BluePrism UiPath etc.)
- Experience using Power BI and preferably other visualization tools (Tableau etc.) to enable dynamic dashboarding
- Experience and knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- A certification in one of the following strongly preferred: CPA CFA Finance Risk Manager (FRM) Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) Series or other additional related certifications warmly welcomed
