About This Position
In this role you will serve as a bridge between our clients and Nagarros global business units utilizing our knowledge and AI-powered products. Your primary mission is to accurately understand the challenges our clients face and propose and deliver optimal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define Product and Solution Vision
Understand market trends customer needs and business goals to define the direction and scope of the product or solution.
Communication and Collaboration
Act as a problem solver and solution provider serving as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team. Manage communications and expectations across the board.
Problem Identification
Engage with client stakeholders to identify areas of concern. Conduct workshops when needed to clarify and document problem statements. If the issue is clearly defined gather and organize requirements through stakeholder collaboration. Translate customer needs into actionable user stories or functional requirements based on interviews and user research.
Business Solution Design
Design and prioritize business solutions (e.g. advisory process improvements technical development or product implementation) to address identified issues.
Backlog Management
Maintain and prioritize the backlog based on the latest requirements and priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make informed decisions that consider business value and user impact.
Iteration Planning
Plan and coordinate solution iterations in alignment with the overall roadmap and business priorities.
Continuous Improvement
Identify improvement opportunities based on feedback. Monitor key metrics and conduct analysis to enhance value and usability. In the case of technical solutions plan for ongoing product enhancements.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including customers business owners and consultants. Ensure that all parties are aligned and cooperative throughout the solution lifecycle.

Must-Have
Native-level Japanese communication skills
Business-level or higher English communication skills
Experience in project management
Nice-to-Have
Pre-sales experience
Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban or Lean
Experience with product management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello Asana SAFe)
