Responsibilities

Join the heart of #humankindess at CHI St. Josephs Health! We are seeking a caring and compassionate Registered Nurse with leadership abilities. The Hospice Manager will oversee the operations of our Hospice department to assure the provision of effective high quality patient care. This person will be responsible for the patient management scheduling leadership responsibilities such as intake referrals budget management and the overall operations of the hospice department which encompasses staff of RN Social Workers and Home Health Aides.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program.
  • Bachelors degree required (or willing to obtain).
  • Current Minnesota (MN) Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Strong communication organizational and critical thinking skills.

Preferred:

  • Clinical department management experience preferred; department-specific clinical experience preferred.
