Job Description

This is an exciting time to join the Business Technology department at Rituals! Our rapid growth requires us to optimize our IT vendor and contract management to ensure we get the most value from our technology partnerships. As anIT Vendor & Contract Manager you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with key IT vendors such as Microsoft and Google ensuring their services align with our business needs. Meet the Team 

You will be part of the Business Technology Office team reporting into the Head of BT Office. The total team consists out of several disciplines approximately 10-12 FTE as we scale flexibly depending on demand. Next to vendor & contract management there are also specialists focusing on Software Asset Management Portfolio Management and Service Integration Management. You will interact with all disciplines to ensure that contracts are aligned with the Rituals overall Roadmap and other IT services for example SLA management. Our main goals are to enable growth facilitate informed and data-driven decisions as well as provide a framework of tools reports and guidelines to our Executive Director department and stakeholders. You will also be collaborating very closely with the central Procurement team making sure that agreements are fully in line with the central legal & procurement department. Share your talents

As the IT Vendor & Contract Manager you will: 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors acting as the primary point of contact for negotiations and performance management. 
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle from vendor selection and onboarding to performance evaluation and renewal. 
  • Ensure IT contracts align with business objectives identifying opportunities for service improvements and cost savings. 
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs conducting regular reviews and addressing service issues. 
  • Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and IT governance frameworks. 
  • Manage IT expenditures related to vendor contracts negotiating favorable terms to maximize value. 
  • Support IT service continuity by ensuring vendor services integrate seamlessly into our operations. 
  • Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and process improvements to enhance efficiency. 
  • Provide leadership with regular reports on contract status vendor performance and budget impact. 

Qualifications :

You are an experienced and strategic professional with a passion for vendor and contract management. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for optimizing IT services. You also have: 

  • 5 years of experiencein IT vendor or contract management within a medium to large enterprise.
  • Extensive experience managingIT contractswith major providers like Microsoft Google AWS and SaaS vendors.
  • Strongnegotiation skills securing favorable terms pricing and service levels.
  • Knowledge ofIT procurement processes including RFPs contract execution and financial planning.
  • ITIL Foundation certification(preferred) and experience applying ITIL best practices. 
  • Stronganalytical skillsto track vendor performance and drive strategic improvements.
  • Exceptionalstakeholder managementskills working effectively with procurement legal and finance teams.
  • Abusiness-oriented mindset ensuring vendor partnerships support corporate growth and IT strategy.
