Partner with business leaders in Corporate Functions to define and execute HR priorities that align with organizational business goals.
Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to people managers on employee relations team dynamics and performance management.
Maintain strong manager and employee connects; regularly gather and share pulse insights to shape culture and improve engagement.
Use data and analytics to inform talent decisions and present insights that influence leadership action.
Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition
Play a central role in workforce planning org design and provide input into talent acquisition career movement and headcount decisions.
Actively participate in employee selection processes as required and onboarding of new hires.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) and Total Rewards (TR) to scope roles align on compensation frameworks and finalize hiring/transfer offers.
Performance Management & Talent Development
Support the implementation of performance management processes including goal setting feedback reviews and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs). Actively lead the annual performance rating calibration process with leaders.
Lead and facilitate talent review processes including HiPo identification and development succession planning promotion readiness and retention strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous performance and accountability while also recognizing and reinforcing positive behaviors.
Culture Engagement & Change
Proactively gather feedback from employees through stay conversations focus groups and other listening mechanisms beyond formal surveys.
Drive employee engagement initiatives manager enablement and recognition programs in collaboration with internal COEs.
Partner with the business to manage org changes restructures and transitions ensuring smooth communication and change management.
Operational Excellence
Ensure org structures headcount data and reporting lines are accurately maintained; Actively support position management. Enable and nudge managers to own and update employee data and their org structures
Collaborate with HR COEs to roll out key HR programs and BAU activities (e.g. rewards cycle Manager & IC development programs Payroll updates etc.).
Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable employment laws and flag risks as needed. Actively lead or participate to address Employee Relations (ER) situations as required.
Support exit processes including voluntary and involuntary separations and drive closure on feedback documentation etc.
Identify areas of improvement and/or automation leverage AI and work with the right stakeholders to implement changes.
Qualifications :
8-11 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on HR Business Partnering in a dynamic multinational tech environment.
Demonstrated ability to reimagine people and business challenges through non-traditional first-principles thinking not just applying legacy HR playbooks.
Proven expertise in talent management employee engagement and organizational development.
Strong influencing coaching and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility across levels.
Good analytical and presentation skills - Strong data storytelling skills.
Track record of operating with agility in fast-paced evolving business contexts; thrives in ambiguity and change.
Comfort working across matrixed environments and partnering with global and regional HR and business stakeholders.
MBA or Masters in HR/Management or related field is preferred.
