The Facilities Craftsman is responsible for performing minor and major building and surrounding territory repair and renovation tasks.

Job Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to determine the layout installation and repairs of various elements of the buildings and surrounding territory belongings;
• Measure cut and shape materials using hand and power tools including saws drills and welders;
• Install repair and maintain various building finishes systems and equipment such as plumbing flushing mechanisms floor tiles gypsum carton board partition walls painting decoration elements signs on interior/exterior and etc.
• Perform cosmetic repairs such as local wall plastering and painting.
• Install replace adjust and apply minor repair to doors/ windows and related to them accessories;
• Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences;
• Dismantle install and repair furniture if required;
• Install repair renovate various floor finishes such as vinyl ceramic tiles and laminate;
• Transport goods or equipment as assigned.

Qualifications :

• General secondary education Secondary Vocational Education is preferred;
• At least 2 years experience in building construction and renovation activities;
• Professional Working Proficiency in Georgian written and verbal;
• High sense of responsibility;
• The ability to work in a team.
