- Responds to alI reservation requests and incoming calls in a courteous efficient professional and friendly manner in adherence to Swissotel Nankai Osaka standards
- Follows-up on all voicemails and emails in a timely manner
- Assists in providing reservation related training to applicable operational departments
- Reviews group resumes each week and double checks VIP/staff reservations (rate room type billing etc.) in PM for accuracy.
- Performs all duties per the Reservations Daily / Weekly / Monthly checklist.
- Researches and supports any / all Travel Agent commission inquiries
- Leads by example in demonstrating high levels of guest service teamwork and stepping out of the box where possible

- Work Experience in a 4-5 star hotel in a similar role (Reservations Team)
- Experience within Accor is desirable
- English and Japanese written and verbal communication needed
- Experience with systems like:
- Opera Cloud
- Resaweb
- TL Lincoln
- Table check
- Ikyu Restaurants
- Hot Pepper etc.
- Need to be open to change in processes based on the need of the company
