Job Description
Holroyd Howe is seeking a passionate and dedicated Hospitality Assistant to join our dynamic hospitality and events team ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and beverage operations.
Job Type: Full Time - 8 Hours
Hourly Rate: 12.60 per hour (starting rate)
Responsibilities:
- Plan organise and deliver successful operations for all meetings and events.
- Liaise with the kitchen and school events team to ensure food and service provision aligns with Holroyd Howe standards.
- Adhere to all legislative and government guidelines including The Food Safety Act Health and Safety at Work Act and COSHH regulations.
- Ensure compliance with in-house accounting policies and monitor food and beverage control including performing stock takes and ordering.
Qualifications :
- Excellent food & beverage knowledge - desirable but not essential
- Experience in meetings events and hospitality - desirable but not essential
- Lead by example always acting in a professional manner
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Takes the initiative and hands-on
- Supportive / Team player
- Strong presentation skills
