What Youll Do:
- Lead dynamic empowering Reformer-based group classes for all fitness levels
- Create a welcoming inclusive space where every client feels seen supported and inspired
- Deliver clear cueing offer safe modifications and provide personalized attention
- Build lasting relationships with members and keep them motivated along their journey
- Represent the uplifting professional spirit of Club Pilates Grand Blanc
- Maintain a clean organized and positive studio environment
Who Were Looking For:
- Comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum 450 hours) from a reputable program
- Confidence teaching group Reformer classes (Chair Cadillac and other apparatus experience is a plus)
- An upbeat motivating personality with strong communication skills
- A true passion for movement wellness and helping others thrive
- CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable and flexible with availability for consistent classes and occasional subbing
