Job Description
Scope of Position
- Ensure that Brokerage customers are well transitioned and served leading a best in class operational team.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Actively develop business for departments through active involvement in sales and retention process and close coordination with sales department as per the company and branch objectives.
- Manage implementation and ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures for client. Also coordinate and manage SOP revisions and send updates to origins.
- Ensure that productivity and profitability goals for the CHB department are met
- Assist District Manager with preparation of annual department budget
- Meet monthly with District Manager to review department financials P&L and productivity results
Qualifications :
- Proven Leadership Skills Attitude and background.
- Strong Market and product Knowledge.
- Effective interpersonal skills including proven abilities to listen comprehend effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
- Proven negotiations skills
- Good computer skills (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Customs Brokerage License preferred. Can obtain while in role.
