About the Role
The Executive Assistant to the General Manager plays a vital role in supporting the GM in all aspects of daily operations ensuring efficient communication organization and project management. This role requires exceptional discretion professionalism and a proactive approach to managing the GMs schedule correspondence and key initiatives.
As the GMs right hand you will act as a trusted liaison between internal teams external partners and senior leadership helping drive operational excellence and seamless coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the General Managers calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
Screen prioritize and respond to incoming communications emails and calls on behalf of the GM.
Prepare and edit correspondence presentations reports and meeting agendas with accuracy and professionalism.
Coordinate and follow up on key projects and action items ensuring deadlines are met and information flows smoothly.
Facilitate communication between the GM and hotel departments corporate offices clients and external stakeholders.
Assist in organizing internal and external meetings events and VIP visits including logistics and hospitality arrangements.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Support the GM with special projects research and data analysis as required.
Maintain filing systems databases and documentation to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
Act as an ambassador for the GM representing the executive office positively and professionally within the hotel and with external contacts.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role preferably supporting senior leadership in luxury hospitality or corporate settings.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and comfortable with digital communication tools.
High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proactive resourceful and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
