Job Description
Full Steam Staffing is seeking organized and detail-oriented HR Assistants to join our team in Delano CA. As an HR Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources department with various administrative tasks related to recruiting onboarding and I-9 audits.
Job Title: HR Assistant
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits: Medical Dental AD&D
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding processes.
- Perform I-9 audits and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with employee relations issues and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruiting onboarding and I-9 audits.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
