- Possess strong sales leadership skills and can develop comprehensive plans to achieve profitability while maintaining a keen focus on operational efficiency.
- Have a talent for recruiting hiring training and retaining top-tier professionals who consistently deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Lead by example providing mentorship and motivation to staff while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Are passionate about guest service ensuring prompt and outstanding support for every visitor.
- Work collaboratively across departments to ensure financial targets are met while maintaining strong team relationships.
- Take ownership of maintaining cleanliness safety and overall operational integrity of the hotel.
- Have experience in overseeing budget creation tracking financial performance and ensuring fiscal responsibility throughout the year.
- Can produce and clearly communicate monthly financial reports offering key insights to drive operational success.
- Balance financial performance with guest satisfaction ensuring both profitability and a superior hospitality experience.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment exchanging ideas and best practices with fellow ZMC Hotels General Managers.
