Shifts Available:Full-Time Day (6a - 2p)
Wage Range: $17.00 - $21.00 (DOE & certifications)

Position Purpose

EXPERIENCE/JOB SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- High School Graduate
- CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) course completion preferred
- Satisfactory completion of competency test
- Must be able to read write comprehend and carry out directions and instructions
- Able to function effectively with minimal direct supervision
- Good health status and emotional stability
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to resident service and service excellence
Adjusts to changing resident needs with patience and flexibility.
Maintains a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
Engages meaningfully with residents to enhance their well-being.
Creates meaningful engagement with residents (e.g. activities conversation emotional support).
Ensures residents rooms clothing and personal spaces are clean and well-maintained.
Enhances the dining experience by assisting with meals in a respectful dignified manner.
. Performs assigned tasks efficiently and within expected timeframes.
Follows through on responsibilities without repeated reminders.
Adheres to attendance policy - works all scheduled shifts or follows proper procedures when unable to work.
Arrives on time and ready to begin shift responsibilities in uniform and with name tag.
Takes ownership of tasks and ensures responsibilities are completed thoroughly.
Build strong relationships with residents families and team members by fostering trust and open communication.
Handle conflicts professionally escalating unresolved issues appropriately.
Reports changes in resident conditions promptly.
Documents care and observations correctly in RTasks.
Understands what has been taught and applies job responsibilities effectively.
Completes required trainings on time. (RTasks Care Fundamentals and Struthers and in person training)
Attends and participates in staff/house meetings (90% attendance or better).
Follows care plans accurately.
Administers medications safely and as delegated.
Adheres to policies and procedures including emergency and infection control protocols.
