Summary
AMAROKs Customer CARE department is responsible for the overall daily customer experience while creating and following up on routines and processes. In this role you will play a key role ensuring both internal and external customers experience is world class! Applying candidates must be able to type at least 60-80 WPM and demonstrate proficiency navigating through Microsoft Suite. The shift will be 9 am - 6 pm or 11 am - 8 pm.
Key Responsibilities All duties must be conducted in accordance with the Companys established standard operating procedures and techniques
