Job Description

- Use of manual and motorized equipment for digging pilot holes for installing piles on both residential and commercial jobs
- Drive work truck if needed
- Loading and unloading trucks (equipment hoses steel piles etc.)
- Reliable transportation to get to the office/shop every day
- Must be able to lift 50-60 pounds
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Two years in the foundation/construction field is preferable but will consider the hands-on experience in other related fields
- Must be able to operate machinery like a mini excavator
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
