Job Description
Precision HR is seeking dedicated and reliable Paraprofessionals to support students and teachers for the 2025/2026 school year. We work with multiple public schools & charter schools in the area! Paraprofessionals play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment by assisting with classroom instruction student supervision and individual : - $20-$23/hr (based on education and experience level)QUALIFICATIONS:- Associates degree or Paraprofessional Certification/passing score on the ParaPro exam- Experience working with children in an educational settingRESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide one-on-one or small group support to special education students in classrooms hallways lunchrooms and playgrounds.- Help implement individualized education programs (IEPs).- Promote inclusion and self sufficiency of students in the school community.
