We are currently looking for a motivated Social Media Executive working remotely from Chennai India
The purpose for this role is to manage social media accounts ideate and produce content and manage social media activities for specific client projects.
The role requires the candidate to be hands-on with content creation including on location video and photography when needed.
Job Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media content strategy.
- Create monthly content calendars for multiple social media channels
- Create Instagram Reels and YouTube shorts at location.
- Develop and execute effective paid social campaign strategies to meet the clients marketing goals and KPI.
- Prepare media forecasts and offer budget recommendations.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in digital marketing beyond social media
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Create and present monthly reports with analysis of both organic and paid performance and recommendations for continual improvement.
Communication:
- Work with Project Leads and team to ensure objectives are met.
- Liaise directly with clients on project progress and updates.
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelors degree in Advertising Marketing Media Communications or related disciplines
Work Experience:
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in digital marketing or social media.
- (Digital) Agency or Digital Project Management experience especially for Social Media projects.
Skills:
- Social Media Marketing experience including the writing and conceptualisation of copy and visuals.
- Experience with reporting on performance metrics for social media.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be:
- Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
- Able to adapt to change and accept feedback
- Resourceful innovative and solve problems
- Able to juggle multiple projects and meet unpredictable deadlines consistently
- Proactive and take initiative
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Note: This role is only open to candidates residing in Chennai specifically in the vicinity of T-Nagar as it requires occasional trips to the clients office in T-Nagar.
