Job Description

Overview
The HR Recruiter for Health Care is a critical role within our organization located in Basna Chhattisgarh. This position plays a significant part in shaping the workforce in a fast-paced health care environment by identifying and securing qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of our facilities. The HR Recruiter is responsible for the full recruitment cycle from developing job descriptions that align with organizational goals to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. As health care continues to evolve the recruiter must stay updated on industry trends regulatory requirements and talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent. Strong interpersonal skills empathy and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role. Ultimately this position supports the mission of providing high-quality care by ensuring that we have the right employees in the right positions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
  • Create and post job advertisements on various platforms including job boards and social media.
  • Screen applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Administer pre-employment assessments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various sourcing techniques.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience during the recruitment process.
  • Conduct background checks and employment verification for shortlisted candidates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientations.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to identify competitive recruiting strategies.
  • Assist in the development of employer branding initiatives.
  • Report on recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve hiring strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in the health care sector.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations affecting hiring.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and network with potential candidates.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Certification from an HR association (e.g. SHRM PHR) is a plus.
