Job Description

Sr Operation Support Engineer - Telecom/Wireless
Location: Noida India
General Shift: 3 pm IST 12 am IST
Reports To:

2. Experience:
  • 7 years of experience in operations analysis systems performance or a similar role preferably in the telecommunications or wireless domain.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in Java Spring Microservices architecture
  • PLSQL ETL and related tools.
3. Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in analyzing application logs monitoring tools and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Microservices frameworks and tools (e.g. Kubernetes Docker Spring Boot).
  • Familiarity with 5G wireless network architecture and its operational requirements and domain workflows.
  • Experience with database systems APIs and CI/CD pipelines PLSQL ETL processes is a plus.
& Communication Skills:
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-
functional teams and stakeholders.
5. Other Requirements:
Experience with cloud-based environments (e.g. AWS Azure or GCP) is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset to address challenges.


Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Operations Analyst to drive operational
excellence and improve the performance and efficiency of our systems in the dynamic 5G wireless
domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical and functional expertise utilizing data-driven
insights to collaborate across development operations and related teams. With a strong foundation in Java Microservices architecture and 5G technologies this role will serve as a critical bridge between
technical teams and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management Support:
oManage and monitor incident tickets ensuring prompt resolution and minimal
disruption to operations.
oConduct root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and develop long-term solutions.
oTrack and report trends in incidents to recommend process or system improvements.
oCollaborate with development and support teams to address complex system and
application issues.
oDevelop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting tools to monitor system
health and KPIs.
Analysis & Insights:
oAnalyze technical and functional data to identify patterns trends and opportunities for
operational improvement.
oDevelop metrics and dashboards to monitor the performance of systems and
applications ensuring alignment with business goals.
Performance Optimization:
oEvaluate the performance of systems logs data & functional workflows to identify
bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
oCollaborate with developers architects and DevOps teams to ensure systems are
scalable reliable and efficient.
-Functional Collaboration:
oPartner with development product management QA and other operational teams to
guide system enhancements and improve user experience.
oAct as a liaison to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a
clear and actionable manner.
-Solving & Root Cause Analysis:
oConduct root cause analysis for performance issues outages or inefficiencies providing
data-driven recommendations to prevent recurrence.
oLead initiatives to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimize
downtime and operational impact.
Improvement:
oDevelop and refine processes for system performance monitoring incident
management and continuous improvement.
oChampion operational excellence initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance
productivity.

Additional Responsibilities:
oEvaluate the performance of systems logs data and functional workflows to identify
bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.
oCollaborate with developers architects and DevOps teams to ensure systems are scalable
reliable and efficient.
oUtilize APM tools such as NewRelic Dynatrace and AppDynamics to measure performance and
identify areas for optimization.
oQuery and derive business insights through log aggregation tools like CloudWatch
Splunk and New Relic to measure business performance.
oLeverage SQL skills for performance insights utilizing data from enterprise data lakes.

Qualifications:
:
oBachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Telecommunications or
a related field.
oMaster s degree preferred but not mandatory.
