Job Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager for Design & Development domain who will be responsible for handling all the business accounts maintaining their health status and coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables and client health. Candidate must have excellent written communication skills along with the ability to go to meetings with clients for required understanding and deliveries.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts and ensure their needs are met effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling of company products and services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align our solutions with client objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify areas for account growth and expansion.
  • Effectively communicate client needs to internal teams ensuring a seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and concerns.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role within the design and development industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the design and development industry.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve common goals.
  • Bachelor s degree in business Marketing or a related field.
