Job Description

At Evenbound we exist to help B2B industrial companies unlock growth by aligning their teams systems and strategy on the HubSpot platform. While we started as a growth marketing agency we have evolved into a specialized HubSpot CRM consulting firm that delivers RevOps strategy complex implementations and system integrations that drive measurable results. Our work includes CRM architecture automation data strategy and team enablement all tailored for industrial clients with complex needs. We are growing quickly and looking for a strategic people-first Account Executive to lead our sales process from first touch to close. This is a unique opportunity to represent a high-performing technical team and help innovative companies solve big challenges with HubSpot.

What Youll Do

As a Sales Account Executive at Evenbound you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing a steady flow of opportunities with a high level of service engaging with prospective clients and guiding them through a consultative sales process. Youll work closely with marketing account strategists and leadership to craft solutions that align with client goals and drive long-term success.

You will report directly to the VP of Operations and will be measured on closed-won revenue pipeline health and sales velocity. This is a high-impact role that will directly contribute to the growth and evolution of our agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify engage and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Discovery & Consultation: Conduct thorough discovery calls to uncover client needs and objectives. Position Evenbounds services as solutions that solve real challenges.
  • Solution Selling: Present tailored service offerings scopes and proposals in a clear consultative manner.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM nurture leads and guide deals through the pipeline to close.
  • Collaboration: Work with the internal team and collaborators to ensure solutions are accurately scoped and align with client goals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Create proposal and sales content and lead contract negotiation process with confidence and integrity.
  • Post-Sale Handoff: Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth and thoughtful client transition from sales to onboarding.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience preferably in a HubSpot agency or B2B services environment. Special consideration given to those with experience in industrial manufacturing.
  • Strong consultative selling skills. You know how to listen first diagnose pain points and recommend relevant solutions
  • Intimate knowledge of HubSpot with certifications
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence discussing budgets timelines and strategic outcomes
  • High emotional intelligence you can navigate complex buyer journeys with empathy and clarity
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - able to manage a high number of fluid opportunities at once while recognizing and prioritizing the deals most likely to close.
  • Comfort working in a remote fast-paced and collaborative environment

Work where you want when you want. At Evenbound we believe we work best when we set our own productive schedules. That flexibility extends to where we work too. While we have an office in downtown Grand Haven that we love our team is distributed and works remotely (you are welcome to visit the office anytime). Theres no weekly in the office quota to meet we work to get work done however that works for you.

Regular team meet-ups. Since the Evenbound team is primarily remote we work hard to schedule team meet-up opportunities when we can. From camping to ski trips to industry conferences we believe that hanging out in person makes our team stronger helping to build real relationships in a virtual world.
