Overview

The Property Manager Oversee all facets of property operations to achieve financial goals and ownership objectives while adhering to all company policies applicable laws and ordinances including Fair Housing.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Must have Porperty Manager License issued in South Carolina
  • Demonstrate and model the Broder Sachses core values
  • 3-5 years general real estate/property manager experience
  • Experience with the preparation of 7-day notices/legal notices
  • High school education or equivalent required

Responsibilities

What youll be doing:

  • Handling all aspects of leasing apartments including greeting prospective residents touring the community closing the deal process all lease applications verifications and notify prospective residents of their application status.
  • Schedule coordinate and supervise all staff.
  • Implement property operating budget. Maintain and control property income and expenses. Complete required weekly monthly and annual reports.
  • Oversee rent collection ensuring all rents and fees are billed and collected as well as making daily bank deposits.
  • Preparation of 7-day notices/legal notices.
  • Negotiates develops and maintains service and capital contracts.
  • Perform regular property inspections.
  • Performs general office duties.
  • Maintains relationship with current resident base and delivers outstanding customer service.
