We are seeking a full-time Theology Teacher (Grades 912) who will bring a passion for faith formation and academic excellence into the :-Develop and deliver meaningful Theology curriculum grounded in Catholic doctrine and aligned with the standards of the Archdiocese of Boston Framework.-Create a classroom culture that fosters spiritual growth student engagement and respectful dialogue.-Integrate Xaverian values into daily teaching and student relationships modeling Gospel-centered leadership.-Collaborate with colleagues and Campus Ministry to support the schools spiritual life including liturgies retreats and service opportunities.-Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners and promote critical thinking.-Communicate regularly with students families and colleagues to support student growth.-Encourage reflection moral development and compassionate action as part of students academic and spiritual :-Practicing Catholic with a commitment to Catholic education and ministry.-Bachelors degree in Theology Religious Studies or a related field from an accredited college or university (Masters preferred).-Experience teaching Theology in a Catholic school setting preferred.-Familiarity with Catholic Social Teaching adolescent faith development and inclusive teaching practices.-Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills.
