Job Description
Services Defined. The services to be performed by you under this Agreement (the Services) shall consist of the following services:
- New Hire Orientation and Onboarding; Design a new hire program that delivers magical moments for our new hires that also reduces risk for the company by simplified training programs that all new hires go through;
- In conjunction with the above design compliance training reporting that drives an ongoing near zero out-of-compliance percentage of employees;
c. Updated I9 training to support an upcoming process change for I9 completions;
d. Completion of a successful August in-person Regional Manager / SVP Operations training to include full project management leading up to the session (agenda confirmed speakers/attendees travel logistics etc.);
e. Completion of a successful September new-to-role in-person General Manager training to include full project management leading up to the session (agenda confirmed speakers/attendees travel logistics etc.);
f. Design a Leadership 101 in-person training course to close capability gaps of a selected segment of General Managers;
g. Perform such other related services as may be requested by the Company.
