Job Description
Interested in a Warehouse Lead/Supervisor position that pays $21-$25/hour DOE
A leading distributor in the building materials industry is looking for a Warehouse Lead to join their team in Wilsonville OR.
This is a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent long-term potential and great benefits upon permanent hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety
- Assist in receiving storing and organizing materials and inventory
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks
- Train and support warehouse staff to maintain productivity and standards
- Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
- Perform regular inventory counts and support inventory control procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Monitor equipment and report any maintenance needs
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM start
Qualifications
- 2 years of warehouse experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems
- Construction and building supply knowledge
Pay:$21-$25/hour DOE with growth potential
