Now Hiring: Aerospace Production Certification Assessor
Location: Everett WA (with travel to surrounding areas)
Schedule: 32 hours/week (based on client demand)
Pay Rate: Up to $32.00/hr.
Mileage Reimbursement Available
Type: Temp-to-Hire

About the Role
Were seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Aerospace Production Certification Assessor to evaluate hands-on and theoretical aerospace training programs. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in aerospace production training or leadership who are passionate about maintaining high standards in technical education and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations of aerospace industry training programs and hands-on assessments.
- Administer and manage complex evaluation systems with precision.
- Maintain accurate records of grades attendance and assessment outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding updates or issues.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards and safety protocols.
- Travel between training sites as needed (Everett Puyallup and surrounding areas).
Skill Areas May Include
- Electrical systems bonding & grounding and sealant application
- Aircraft assembly and structural drilling (light and heavy)
- Fastener and rivet installation
- Use of power and hand tools
- Understanding of production standards
Qualifications
- 1 3 yearsof experience in training leadership or management preferred
- Strong communication organizational and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
- Flexibility to work across 1st 2nd or 3rd shifts as needed
Mileage Reimbursement
Mileage is reimbursed for qualifying commutes beyond your closest work location.
