As aSenior HR Generalist you will:
Be the only HR representative in the ESET Italy office independently managing all HR areas and serving as the primary point of contact for employees and managers.
Design and execute local HR strategiesacross core areas including recruitment employer branding employee relations and engagement performance compensation benefits and learning & development.
Collaborate with global HR teamson implementing global strategies policies and activities while making sure they all align with local labour law.
Local leadership and employees will rely on your expertise and advice. You will support and coach themto effectively handle workforce issues ensuring they are equipped with the right tools guidance and knowledge.
Full employee lifecycle will be in your hands from recruitment and onboarding to performance management development and offboarding ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws.
You will manage HR operations and administration including payroll coordination contract management Workday data accuracy reporting and budget planning related to headcount benefits and promotions.
You will drive internal communication organize or support local team activities and support global CSR efforts to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Our expectations from ideal candidate:
At least 5 years of experience on similar position
Experience with employee lifecycle as awhole and all HR areas (hiring plan budgeting recruitment L&D C&B)
Good knowledge of current labor legislation practices and policies
Experience in managing complex employee issues and making quick but rational decisions
English at C1 and native Italian
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approachable manner with the ability to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
Able to work well under pressure with competing priorities
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
