The Role:
Our Strategic Finance Managers have a high degree of autonomy and discretion as they support the S151 Officer in financial advice and controls across the Council. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a complex ambitious organisation and can balance the challenges of new initiatives with sound financial advice. Working in a business partner capacity you will be the key link into directorate and service business planning.

Working Pattern:
The role is 37 hours a week and requires regular in person contact with senior managers and our finance team. The Council offers a number of office locations to work from and supports hybrid working. Flexible working is an option that can be discussed.
