Job Title: Project Manager
Location:Vancouver British Columbia
Salary:$130000 to $150000
We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager with wood-frame multi-family experience to join our clients team.
Position Overview: The successful candidate will oversee the planning execution and completion of wood-frame multi-family construction projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Position Overview: The successful candidate will oversee the planning execution and completion of wood-frame multi-family construction projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of wood-frame multi-family construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and timelines.
- Liaise with clients architects engineers subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Procure materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Oversee subcontractor selection negotiation and performance.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress quality and safety compliance.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with building codes regulations and permit requirements.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation including contracts drawings specifications and change orders.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among project team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 5years of experience in project management within the construction industry with a focus on wood-frame multi-family construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and building codes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively multitask prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and permit processes in the Greater Vancouver area is preferred.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a considered an asset.
