Position Title: Cold Caller Solar Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Cold Caller with experience in the solar industry to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads initiating contact with potential customers and setting appointments for solar consultations. You must be comfortable making outbound calls handling objections and effectively communicating the benefits of solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls to residential and/or commercial prospects.
- Qualify leads based on provided criteria.
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our solar solutions.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives or solar consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to each call to maximize effectiveness.
- Meet or exceed daily weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling within the solar industry (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Strong understanding of solar products incentives and the overall sales cycle.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and dialing platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
- Knowledge of regional solar incentives and financing options.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
