Customer Experience Associate

Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Customer Experience Associate (CXA) to deliver exceptional workplace experiences across our client BHPs sites in Adelaide. As the first point of contact for employees and visitors you will help create a welcoming professional and efficient environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and employees with professionalism and warmth

  • Manage reception access passes meeting rooms and workplace queries

  • Support mailroom events office supply coordination and general workplace services

  • Liaise with internal teams service providers and vendors to ensure smooth site operations

  • Maintain high standards of service delivery and presentation

Role Requirements:

  • Rotational shifts: 7:30am 8:00am and 8:30am

  • Flexibility to work across multiple Adelaide sites and cover team absences

  • 2 years in a customer-facing or reception role preferred

  • Strong interpersonal communication and multitasking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; workplace systems knowledge is an advantage
