Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based interventions based on ABA principles as directed by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record accurate data on client progress during therapy sessions.
  • Assist in the development and updating of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Foster a positive learning environment to promote client engagement and learning.
  • Teach and reinforce communication social and functional life skills.
  • Conduct therapy sessions in various environments including home school and community settings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participate in regular team meetings training and supervision sessions.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors Degree in Psychology Education or related field preferred).
  • RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities is an asset.
  • Strong communication patience and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (if sessions are conducted in multiple locations).

Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors safely and effectively.
  • Excellent data collection and documentation skills.
  • Empathy patience and sensitivity to client needs.
  • Adaptability to meet client-specific behavioral goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate class schedules academic calendars exams and course registration processes.

  • Assist with faculty recruitment onboarding evaluations and workload assignments.

  • Monitor academic policies and ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation standards.

  • Manage student records transcripts and academic progress reporting.

  • Support curriculum development and the implementation of academic programs.

  • Liaise between students faculty and administrative departments to resolve academic issues.

  • Organize academic events orientations and staff development sessions.

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of reports statistics and accreditation documents.

  • Ensure the efficient operation of learning management systems (LMS) and academic software tools.

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student and institutional academic data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Education Administration or related field (Masters preferred).

  • Proven experience (3 years) in academic or administrative roles within an educational setting.

  • Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in academic software systems (e.g. SIS LMS).

  • Ability to multitask manage deadlines and adapt to institutional needs.
