Job Description
Location: Phnom Penh Cambodia
Company: Reputable Pharmaceutical Company
Salary: $300 - $450 per month plus a competitive sales incentive plan
Work Schedule: 5.5 days per week
Environment: Mostly field-based with daily office visits for planning and reporting.
Position Overview:
We are seeking Medical Representative to join our clients dynamic sales team in Phnom Penh. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare and dedicated to building strong relationships with medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professional Engagement: Schedule and conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals including doctors pharmacists and clinic managers to present and promote our portfolio of medical products.
- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features benefits and clinical efficacy of our latest medical inventory ensuring healthcare providers have a thorough understanding of our products.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work diligently to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity market trends and customer feedback. Report key findings to the Sales Supervisor and management team.
- Relationship Building: Establish develop and maintain positive long-term business relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.
- Reporting and Planning: Attend daily morning meetings at the office for strategic planning performance review and to submit timely reports on field activities and sales progress.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role is an advantage but not essential for a candidate with the right aptitude and qualifications.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and presentation abilities.
- Must be self-motivated results-oriented and able to work independently.
