Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical diagnostics sales or a strong background in medical laboratory. This role is responsible for promoting and selling clinical and diagnostic products/services to hospitals laboratories and healthcare institutions ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the clinical and diagnostic sector.
- Promote and sell diagnostic equipment reagents consumables and services to healthcare facilities labs and related organizations.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by providing product support technical guidance and timely service.
- Conduct product presentations and training to customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver quotations follow up on proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and efficient after-sales service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity through reports.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Medical or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in clinical diagnostics medical devices or laboratory services OR hands-on experience working in a diagnostic or clinical laboratory.
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools laboratory workflows and relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently as well
as part of a team. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
