Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

IT Asset Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets including procurement deployment inventory and disposal.

  • Coordinate asset tagging labeling and tracking across the organization.

  • Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile asset discrepancies.
  • Monitor asset warranty status lease agreements and service contracts.
  • Generate reports on asset utilization aging and lifecycle status to support budgeting and planning.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing IT asset management policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to ensure proper asset accounting and compliance.

IT Administration Support:

  • Provide first-level support for IT hardware and software issues escalating complex problems as necessary.
  • Assist with user account management including creation modification and deactivation in systems like Active Directory.
  • Support the setup configuration and deployment of IT equipment and software for new hires and existing employees.
  • Help maintain and update IT documentation including system configurations network diagrams and user guides.
  • Coordinate IT-related communications and training sessions for end-users.
  • Assist in monitoring IT infrastructure health and escalate issues to appropriate teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT asset management IT administration or related roles.
  • Familiarity with IT asset management tools and ticketing systems.
  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure components including hardware software and network fundamentals.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and basic user account management is a plus.
