You will be responsible for ensuring X-Rite products and services are implemented into customer workflows ensuring hardware software and service solutions are configured operators are trained and the customers color management needs are met.
Customer Support
X-Rite aims to deliver world class customer service. Your role is critical to understand customer needs pain points and work with internal stakeholders to support customers color workflow.
Ideation
AETS specialists are often on the forefront of innovation translating customer feedback product ideas feature requests and escalations. They have a deep understanding of their customers needs including domain expertise in color management. As color management leaders they stay abreast with trends in technology color science and industry standards informing X-Rites strategic and innovation engine.
Core Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Delivering product sales and customer training remotely and on-site when needed
Tech Support: Collaborating with the technical support team to address customer issues
User Stories: Write clear and concise user stories acceptance criteria and functional specifications to guide the development team.
Product Demos: Conduct product demos and gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate and improve the product iteratively.
User Experience: Advocate for a seamless and intuitive user experience working closely with product management to design user-friendly interfaces and product workflows.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure the quality and reliability of the product.
Customer Satisfaction: Act as the voice of the customer gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve the product and drive customer satisfaction.
Product Evangelism: Serve as a product evangelist representing the product internally and externally and educating stakeholders on its value proposition and features.
