Job Title: Applications Manager
Location: Fitchburg Wisconsin
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Applications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT supervisory experience and a proven track record in project management. Experience in a manufacturing organization and proficiency with various software applications are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and optimization of business applications including Oracle EBS Oracle Fusion Cloud Salesforce Microsoft Power BI Workato and Snowflake.
- Lead and supervise a team of IT professionals providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage and coordinate projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems.
- Utilize project management applications like JIRA to track progress and manage tasks.
- Provide training and support to end-users on various business applications.
- Document technical processes and create easily digestible formats for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field.
- 5-10 years of work experience in an IT role.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience managing projects; project management or scrum certification is desired.
- Experience working in a manufacturing organization is desired.
- US citizenship is highly desirable.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- Experience with at least one of the following software applications: Oracle EBS Oracle Fusion Cloud Salesforce Microsoft Power BI Workato Snowflake.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Highly proficient with MS Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint etc.).
- Experience with project management applications like JIRA.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at any given time.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
